Tree Trimming permits are optional for residents who want a trim done more often than the regular 4-year grid trim. All parkway trees will still be trimmed on the regular 4-year grid trim schedule by RCSD. The District manages trees in the parkway/right-of-way only and no permit is required to trim trees on private property.
